Meet the team
We are an unusual but perfectly matched mix of Swiss efficiency and Bohemian style.
We found each other by serendipity and quickly found a way to merge our life and professional adventures.
We love our work so much that the private and professional probably merge too often, but for our clients this means 24/7 availability and reactivity.
Michela Genevois
CEO & FOUNDERNaples born, Milan shaped. Naples taught me intuition, human depth, and the intelligence of relationships. Milan, structure, vision, and professional rigor. The two forces coexist, glued by a strong individual sense of freedom which guides every choice I make. I have a lively family, little enthusiasm for cooking, and a real passion for shopping. Personal and professional are not separate territories, I love and live them both constantly. After launching and leading the OOH department of a major advertising concessionaire, I founded genevoism in 2012, not as a company but as a state of mind. I strongly believe that outdoor is not just a medium but is a cultural act, demanding responsibility, measure, and respect.
Nicol Bernucci
DEVELOPMENTMilan-born and Milan-made, I’ve lived in this vibrant city all my life. Outside of work, I juggle life with my husband, two children, and a cat. I love traveling with my clients in search of the perfect advertising spaces — a mix of strategy, adventure, and a little bit of magic. Eternally Nineties, fueled by bold ideas and curiosity. You’ll find me crafting experiences and opportunities at genevoism.
Paola Totaro
LONDON OFFICE & COMMSNaples born, Sydney bred - I have had a love affair with London since I moved to work there in 2008. An award winning journalist and author of three books - a fourth is on its way in 2026 - I was a former President of the Foreign Press Association in London and am a contributing editor with The New European magazine. Undercover, I love to moonlight in the OOH world with Michela and Nicol to showcase the work of genevoism via LinkedIn seeing it through a different lens - cultural, newsy and sometimes, a little left of field.
